Volcov Labs is an enterprise Salesforce and AI consulting practice operated as an individual business (MEI/freelancer) based in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. We provide consulting services to clients in Brazil, the United States, and Europe.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. The data collected includes:

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or browsing behavior through our own systems.

5. Third-Party Services

Web3Forms

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form submission service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to our email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.

Cloudflare

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personal data or track individual users. It provides only aggregated, anonymized traffic metrics (page views, referrers, country-level data). No consent is required for this analytics solution. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact form data (stored in our email inbox) for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship or potential engagement. If no engagement results from your inquiry, we will delete your data within 12 months of last contact.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@volcov.ai.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies. We do not set any first-party tracking cookies.

Your browser may store technical data (such as theme preference via localStorage) locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to us.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by Web3Forms and Cloudflare on servers located outside Brazil and outside the European Economic Area. Both providers offer appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in accordance with GDPR and LGPD requirements.

10. Security

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data in transit. Our site is static (no database, no server-side code, no admin panel), which minimizes the attack surface.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed exclusively at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
